We roast our coffee to order multiple times a week to ensure maximum freshness. Every bag is stamped with a roast date, and we recommend resting the beans for 7-10 days for the best flavor profile.

Do you offer pre-ground coffee?

Yes, we can grind your coffee for various brewing methods including Espresso, V60, Aeropress, and Cafetiere. However, for the best experience, we always recommend purchasing whole beans and grinding fresh at home.

How long does shipping take?

Domestic orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days and shipped via tracked courier. International shipping times vary by location, usually arriving within 5-10 business days.

Can I manage or cancel my coffee subscription?

Absolutely. You can pause, skip, or cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. You also have the flexibility to change your coffee selection or delivery frequency.

What is your return policy for food products?

Due to the perishable nature of roasted coffee, we cannot accept returns on coffee beans. However, if there is an issue with your order or if equipment arrives damaged, please contact our support team within 14 days.
